Prior to joining Ogborn Mihm, LLP, Alyssa was a litigator at a national law firm where she represented clients in a variety of cases, including complex business litigation.

Experience

Co-authored winning briefs in the Colorado Court of Appeals for a client in a premises liability and negligence proceeding and co-authored a successful brief in opposition to a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari in the Supreme Court of Colorado.

Prior to joining Ogborn Mihm, LLP, Alyssa was a litigator at a national law firm where she represented clients in a variety of cases, including complex business litigation, catastrophic injury, and products liability. During her time in law school, Alyssa was a member of Temple’s Moot Court Competition Team and received various distinguishments for her trial advocacy skills. In 2021, Alyssa was inducted into The Order of Barristers, a national honorary organization which provides national recognition for law students who have excelled in advocacy and service at their respective schools.

Since moving to Colorado, Alyssa has delved into all things Colorado, including hiking and skiing. She also enjoys traveling, cooking new recipes, and exploring the live music scene.
