OM Adds Four New Associates

We are pleased to welcome four new associate attorneys to the firm!

Edison McDaniels primarily represents construction clients, whether with construction defect resolution, contract negotiation, contract drafting, real estate transactions, or insurance disputes, Edison brings a high level of comfort and understanding to his clients.

Engram Wilkinson is an advocate for workers’ rights and will focus on whistleblower and Qui Tam cases along with other employment litigation.

Kendrick Davis is passionate about correcting the wrongs his clients have suffered. He is helping clients in the areas of employment litigation, civil rights litigation, personal injury and wrongful death, and whistleblower and Qui Tam matters.

Joseph “Trip” Nistico has experience in construction litigation and will continue to represent a broad array of clients, including developers, contractors, architects, homeowners’ associations, and single-family homeowners.
