We are proud to announce that Amanda Pfeil Hood has been named an Equity Partner of the firm.
Amanda represents individuals who have suffered injuries as the result of the fault of another, whether that be traumatic brain injuries and orthopedic injuries or helping loved ones who lost a family member in wrongful death. She offers legal guidance through treatment options and recovery resources. She takes a comprehensive approach, learning not only about her clients’ injuries, but also about their support systems and medical needs. She is committed to ensuring that every client feels heard, has access to proper treatment, and receives the strongest possible representation to achieve the best results.
Her strong commitment to the brain-injured community extends beyond her legal practice as she actively engages with organizations and resources dedicated to supporting survivors. She is the current Chair and Board Member of the Brain Injury Association of Colorado (BIAC). She also serves on the Board of Directors for MindSource, a brain injury network within the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) that manages the Colorado Brain Injury Trust Fund, administers the federal traumatic brain injury grant, and provides training and technical assistance to public and private entities.
Amanda is also a published author and frequent speaker. Most recently, she authored and edited Colorado Personal Injury, which provides practitioners with a comprehensive explanation of Colorado personal injury law, making this complex area understandable for litigators.
She played a key role in creating OM’s new brain injury resource, YourBrainInjuryTeam.com, to help individuals and their loved ones access essential support and guidance.
Congratulations, Amanda!
