Shapiro Winthers P.C.’s predecessor firm was established over 35 years ago as a boutique litigation firm focused on trial work and, in particular, representing people who suffered serious injuries. Attorneys Steve Shapiro, Melissa Winthers, Amanda Pfeil Hood, Amy Rogers along with the rest of the Shapiro Winthers team not only represent clients with catastrophic personal injuries but also focus on clients suffering from traumatic brain or orthopedic injuries.

Both Steve and Melissa served as the President of the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado and served on the board of the State of Colorado Brain Injury Program, now known as Mindsource.
